1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wakeuptonature.com (the "Site"), purchasing any program or product, or registering for any event or webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any offerings.
These Terms apply to all visitors, students, customers, and affiliates. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Wake Up to Nature

Wake Up to Nature is operated by Pam Montgomery. Offerings include online programs, plant initiations, webinars, digital products, and educational content related to co-creative partnership with Nature.

Nothing on this Site or in any of our programs constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See Section 10 for our full disclaimer.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without prior permission
  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Program Enrollment, Payments, and Refunds

Enrollment

By enrolling in any program, including the Co-Creative Partnership with Nature Mentorship (CCPN), you agree to the specific program terms communicated at the time of purchase, including start dates, session schedules, and platform access details. Programs are hosted on Mighty Networks unless otherwise stated.

Payments

All payments are processed through ThriveCart and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of the payment processor used. Payment plans, where offered, require all installments to be completed regardless of program participation. Failure to complete installment payments may result in loss of program access.

Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day refund period from the program start date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at pam@wakeuptonature.com before the refund window closes. Refunds will not be issued after the stated deadline. Returning students and special promotional pricing are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, or facilitators as needed. In the event of a significant change, enrolled students will be notified in advance. We do not guarantee that any specific guest teacher, co-facilitator, or program element will remain unchanged.

5. Events and Plant Initiations

By registering for an in-person or virtual event, workshop, or plant initiation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Attendance is voluntary and you participate at your own risk
  • Plant initiations involve ceremonial practices, breathwork, and plant preparations. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to attendance
  • We are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological responses that arise during or after participation
  • Event dates are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund or credit will be offered
  • A non-refundable deposit of $165 is required to hold your spot. If you cancel more than 30 days before the Initiation date, you will receive a refund of the remaining $330. Cancellations within 30 days of the Initiation date are non-refundable.
  • Participation in plant initiations is intended for adults in general good health. If you have a serious medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your healthcare provider before registering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, social media channels, and within our programs, including but not limited to written materials, audio recordings, video recordings, guided meditations, breathwork sessions, course modules, teachings, and the Green Breath methodology, is the intellectual property of Pam Montgomery unless otherwise credited.

This includes all content published on our social media pages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter), including posts, images, captions, videos, and any other materials shared on those platforms.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish any program content without prior permission
  • Record live sessions without explicit consent
  • Share login credentials or program access with others
  • Use our content for commercial purposes, including resale or incorporation into your own paid offerings, without an agreement

Personal, non-commercial use of materials provided within a program you have purchased is permitted. We encourage students to share what they learn in their own words, but ask that Pam Montgomery and Wake Up to Nature be credited as the source.

7. Affiliate Program

Participating as an Affiliate

Our affiliate program is managed through ThriveCart. By joining as an affiliate, you agree to promote our programs honestly and in accordance with applicable advertising disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines). You may not use spam, misleading claims, or paid search tactics that compete with our own advertising without prior approval.

Affiliate commissions are set at 20% of qualifying sales and are paid via PayPal. Commissions are held for a period following the refund window before being disbursed. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment schedules, or program terms with reasonable notice.

Affiliate Links to Third-Party Products

When Pam Montgomery participates as an affiliate for third-party products or programs, those recommendations reflect her genuine experience and belief. We are not responsible for the quality, fulfillment, or terms of any third-party product or service, and any purchase you make through an affiliate link is solely between you and that third party.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our Site and programs may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or resources. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
Program content is delivered through Mighty Networks. Your use of that platform is subject to Mighty Networks' own terms of service and privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wake Up to Nature and Pam Montgomery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, participation in any program or event, or reliance on any content provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or program giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer — Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

The content on this Site and within all programs, events, and communications is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing here should be construed as medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Plant initiations, breathwork, and related practices are experiential and spiritual in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any of our offerings.

Results from our programs vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, healing, or transformation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vermont.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or our programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
