Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking tools, including:
- Essential cookies necessary for Site functionality
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with our Site
- Google Analytics, which collects anonymized data about visitor behavior and traffic sources
- The Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and retarget visitors on Meta platforms
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

We work with the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site and programs are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Request that we limit or stop processing your data
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: pam@wakeuptonature.com
11. Social Media
We maintain active pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter). When you interact with us on these platforms — by following our pages, commenting, sharing posts, or sending messages — those interactions are governed by each platform's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any social media platform you use.
How We Use Social Media Data
We may use data from social media platforms to inform our advertising and marketing. Specifically, the Meta Pixel on our Site allows us to run retargeted ads to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. We do not have access to your personal social media profile information as a result of this tracking.
User-Generated Content
Comments, shares, and other content you post publicly on our social media pages are visible to others and subject to each platform's terms of service. Please be mindful of the personal information you share in public comments or messages directed to our pages.
Third-Party Platform Responsibility
We are not responsible for the data practices of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, or any other social media platform. Our presence on these platforms does not extend our privacy obligations to the data those platforms collect independently.
12. Affiliate Relationships
We participate in affiliate relationships in two ways: as an affiliate for other products and programs we recommend, and as a merchant with affiliates who promote our programs.
When Pam Recommends Products (Outbound Affiliates)
From time to time, we may share links to products, programs, or services offered by others. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe in. When affiliate links are used, we will disclose this relationship clearly.
When Others Promote Our Programs (Inbound Affiliates)
We operate an affiliate program through ThriveCart that allows approved partners to promote our programs and earn a commission on resulting sales. If you arrive at our Site or purchase a program through an affiliate link, we may record that referral in ThriveCart for commission tracking purposes. The referring affiliate may know that a sale occurred, but does not receive access to your personal information beyond what is necessary to process the referral.
Affiliate Cookies
Affiliate tracking relies on cookies placed by ThriveCart when you click an affiliate link. These cookies have a 90-day lifespan. You may opt out of affiliate tracking by disabling cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect other Site functionality.
13. WordPress Plugin Data Practices
Our Site is built on WordPress and uses several plugins that interact with visitor or user data. The following is a summary of how each relevant plugin handles information:
WP Mail Logging
This plugin logs outbound emails sent from our Site, including the recipient address, subject line, and send status. These logs are stored on our server and used solely for troubleshooting email delivery issues. Logs are periodically cleared and are not shared with third parties.
LiteSpeed Cache
LiteSpeed Cache improves Site performance by caching pages and optimizing delivery. It may store anonymized visitor data (such as IP addresses in hashed form) to distinguish between logged-in and guest users and to serve appropriate cached content. No personally identifiable information is retained by this plugin beyond what is necessary for caching purposes. Certain pages — such as our affiliate portal and password-protected content — are excluded from caching.
The Events Calendar
We use The Events Calendar to list and manage events on our Site. If you register for an event through our Site, your name and email address may be collected and stored in our WordPress database. This information is used solely to manage event registrations and communicate event details with you. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
14. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
