Seeds have always carried the hopes, dreams and visions of the people and when people lost their seeds their identity was also lost. When one’s home was being taken women tucked seeds in their head wraps as they were relocated to foreign lands or they filled ceramic jars with seeds to be hidden within a wall in hopes of returning home someday to find their seeds intact.

Seeds hold the potential for life to continue, the joy that comes with sovereignty, the rhythm of life cycles, the magic of replenishment and the beauty of connecting us to Nature’s resilience.

Join us as we journey into the magic and mystery of the healing power of seeds.

And who better to lead us on this journey than our dear friend, teacher and curandera, Rocio Alarcon. We are so excited to welcome Rocio back to Sweetwater Sanctuary. When Rocio wrote me about what she wanted to teach she said “We are not able to forget the seeds that have the power and the energy waiting for us.”

Cost: $450 includes 3 night’s accommodation, eight meals, and all instruction.
